Hydrogen has again been named one of Britain’s Top Employers for 2012.
Receiving highest scores in Career Development and Primary Benefits, Hydrogen was one of 67 companies recognised on 22nd March at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London.
The list of Britain’s Top Employers is organised by the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) and assesses companies that have ranked highly according to benefits, working conditions, training, career development and company culture.
Alison Macleod, Hydrogen’s HR Director commented, “We are delighted to be associated with this prestigious award. We firmly believe our unique culture and training sets us apart from other companies and other recruiters and are very pleased the CRF have acknowledged this.”
Tim Smeaton, CEO, said “We’re proud that all the work which goes into making Hydrogen a great place to be has been rewarded. It’s great to see us recognised alongside global brand names, and we hope that the changes we’re implementing right now on branding, technology and opening additional international offices will continue to make us a desirable place to work.”

In addition to the impressively high awards scores, Hydrogen offers outstanding learning and development programmes, such as thorough new starter inductions, fast-track training, and senior management mentoring, as well as providing opportunities for international assignments and generous benefits.
