NEW DIRECTOR HELPS TO SPREAD JAM’S DEVELOPMENT PLANS
JAM Recruitment has appointed recruitment Learning and Development specialist Alison Humphries to head up its new internal Training Division, which will see best practice embedded across all areas of the business.
Working in conjunction with JAM’s Internal Recruitment team, the renewed focus will be on recruiting not only Trainees but Senior Recruitment Consultants as well as industry professionals from Engineering & Manufacturing backgrounds. The new Training Division will ensure JAM is best placed to attract and retain both Trainees and experienced hires in a competitive market. This in turn will allow JAM to build on their reputation for providing specialist advice to both candidates and clients at all levels.
JAM’s new Training Division will include providing a comprehensive training programme for all consultants and continuing professional development for experienced consultants and managers supported by ground-breaking technology. Humphries commented “Our aim is to ensure that every time work-seekers and hirers use JAM they receive not just a competent service, but an outstanding and consistent one.”
With over 27 years of experience in the recruitment sector Alison has served as a director for several high profile companies, including Hays, Robert Half lnternational, Barkers Norman Broadbent and Penna Plc. In the past ten years she has also worked as the director of bespoke training and coaching firm, Amelius Consulting.
In 2005 her extensive industry experience led to her being invited to become the Chief Examiner for the Recruitment and Employment Federation (REC), a role she will continue while in post at JAM.
