Amoria Bond, have just gained National recognition in the Best Workplaces List 2012
Amoria Bond, have just gained National recognition in the Best Workplaces List 2012, achieving a top 10 ranking at number 8.
The specialist recruiter, who have just opened a new office in Singapore, have been included in the list compiled by the Great Place To Work® Institute which defines a great workplace as a 'place where you can achieve organisational objectives with employees who give their personal best and work together as a team or family all in an environment of trust'. This consists of three key elements
o People trust their management
o Have pride in what they do
o Enjoy working with their colleagues.
An independent employee survey was conducted of Amoria Bond employees to assess workplace culture reviewing Camaraderie, Fairness, Corporate Responsibility, Pride, Credibility and Respect. In that survey 100% of Amoria Bond employees agreed with the statement "Taking everything into account I would say this is a Great Place To Work"
Over the last 18 months Amoria Bond have been finalists or winners in a number of industry awards including Recruiters Awards 'Agency of the Year', RECs IRP Awards 'Best Company to Work For' and Recruitment Internationals 'The Rising Star'. They are currently also finalists in Global Recruiters 'Best in-house Training Program' and 'Best Recruitment Business'.
Director Gareth Lloyd says "part of our mission statement is to become the best place for recruiters to practice the recruitment profession and we have invested considerably in trying to achieve that.
