Industry Leaders Join RP International Board

Leading global specialist recruitment company RP International (RPI) has welcomed two industry leaders onto its Board.

Following a period of strategic partnership with an ICT recruiter, David Higgins and David Northey have joined as Chairman and CFO respectively. Their appointments will help RPI drive growth and consolidate their core markets in Europe the Middle East and Africa and the Asia Pacific region.

David Higgins is the founder of Harvey Nash Group plc and is an extremely well-regarded leader in the industry. Over the last two decades David’s successes have included growing Harvey Nash significantly in terms of size, revenue and profits and expanding to deliver a global footprint covering Europe, Asia Pacific and the USA.

He has also taken a private business through to a successful flotation and listing on the London Stock Exchange. David is also Chairman of Inception Partners, a leadership and advisory firm in London and is a Board member of several SMEs.

David Northey brings more than 20 years’ experience in financial management in recruitment, IT subcontracting and software development to his role as CFO. He has worked extensively in the UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany and the Far East. He is a member of the ICAEW and holds a BSc from Kings College London and an MSc from the University of Southampton.

RPI’s Founding Chairman Stephen Lovelace will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
