Recruitment just got easier, faster and cheaper

New online video service enRecruit launches in London and New York

A new and innovative tech start-up that is going to positively disrupt the global recruitment market has launched today: enRecruit.com

enRecruit, from serial entrepreneur Martin Warner, uses on-line video to deliver next generation cost and time savings. Recruiters can now select candidates faster and more efficiently - eliminating 60% of the recruitment cost, 90% of the interview selection process and the need for telephone screening and early in-person interviews.

This is how it works: enRecruit is a clever business utility that lets the recruiter set up a job specification, create three key questions for the candidate to answer, and then email as many candidates as they wish. The candidate simply receives an email inviting them to respond to the three questions in a 2-minute video response (which they can record, test, and re-record via webcam or upload on a computer or iPhone). On receipt of the short video, the recruiter can immediately see the composure and articulation of the candidate, and get answers to the three questions, to qualify whether they wish to invite the candidate for late stage in-person interview. The recruiter can also get input from colleagues by sharing the video interview response with them. Because it only takes 2 minutes to review, the recruiter can give more opportunities for candidates to apply for jobs (people that might not have typically got through to an in-person interview or telephone screening).

This tool and approach delivers significant cost and time savings for the recruiter, and the candidates save time and travel money too!

Dr Moira Smith, CEO of enRecruit.com, said, “enRecruit.com will transform the way interview selection is done. Video is here to stay to play this key role in positively shaking up recruitment.”
