Tiger Recruitment Goes Virtual

Tiger Recruitment Goes Virtual

High unemployment, anaemic growth and a focus on costs has led to an increase in demand for 'Virtual Assistants'.

Virtual Assistants can be used on an hourly basis as needs dictate, so employers only pay for support when they really need it. They also don’t have to find a spare desk.

This is the premise behind Tiger Recruitment's launch of Tiger Virtual, which offers businesses virtual PAs.

Tiger Virtual, the trading name for Tiger Recruitment’s Virtual Division, has launched two other Virtual Services to provide a one-stop-shop to clients looking to cut office costs: Virtual Office and Virtual Interaction.

Employers now have access to central London office space, meeting facilities, remote telephone, address and postage services.

In addition, a new IT platform has been created to enable clients to share files with their Virtual Assistants — and even create their own cloud network should they wish.

Tiger Virtual aims to leverage Tiger Recruitment’s 10 years of providing employers with the highest calibre support staff in the London and international market.

David Morel, director, Tiger Recruitment, commented:

"Virtual assistants can be particularly appropriate for small businesses and start-ups who are in need of support but looking to keep costs to a minimum. We expect this to be a major growth market in the years ahead, as new technologies add to the attractiveness of the virtual PA proposition."
