Green Jobs is Proffice’s new specialist services in the environmental field.- The need for environmental expertise is increasing as more and more companies and organizations focused on environmental issues and sustainability, says Anita Gustafsson, recruitment manager for Green Jobs in Proffice specialist area Life Science.The goal of Green Jobs is to offer businesses and organizations that hire or employ staff with environmental expertise in several areas. These include: environmental technology, renewable energy, environmental security, transportation, production and management of waste and dangerous goods.- Today it's almost a hygiene factor for large companies to work with sustainability issues and to be environmentally certified. There is also a strong competitive advantage when it comes to attracting the future workforce. Therefore it is important for business growth to really invest in the environment, says Anita Gustafson.Proffice Green Jobs launched simultaneously in Sweden and Norway, which means that a Nordic recruitment team at the 37 offices are working to find employees with the right environmental competence.- Green Jobs start in Proffice Life Science, where it has long been recruited for various services related to the environment. The difference is that now we do offer clearer to both clients and candidates and will be working even more actively to attract this type of expertise, says Anita Gustafsson.One of the first assignments for Green Jobs was to set up a 20-voice services with a focus on the environment and the new kemikalielag are the Chemicals Inspectorate's behalf.But it's not just big companies and organizations that can benefit from Green Jobs.Also small and medium-sized enterprises can expand their business by means of environmental expertise.- Environment is the area expected to contribute to many new jobs in Sweden and the rest of the world. An international study conducted by analysis institute ACON AG in Zurich, shows that the green sector will increase by 25 million jobs worldwide by 2020, she concludes.
