MyResourcer celebrates 2nd Birthday with Release of Version 3.5

An array of new features has been added to the latest version of MyResourcer, the online vacancy lead generation system for the global recruitment market.

MyResourcer has been aiding recruiters to make their business development more targeted and relevant by finding direct employer vacancy leads since 2010. The latest version, launched this week in time for MyResourcer’s 2nd Birthday, showcases a range of new features which have been designed to make the system even more effective.

Bradley Placks, Founder and CEO of MyResourcer comments: “We’ve been around for a while now and feedback from many of our clients and prospects is that they are finding it hard to find enough candidates. However, we ask the question – what are you doing with the candidates that you already have? MyResourcer helps to create more opportunities for the candidates, which recruiters are already working with by finding more vacancies. This should increase interview to placement ratio and in turn make more money.”

One of the great new features of MyResourcer 3.5 is the LinkedIn Integration. The new feature connects MyResourcer users to over 120 million LinkedIn users in order to identify the right contacts to speak to within organisations that are employing, gain access to company information and find the location of the HR department.

Placks continues, “We are also testing an exciting new feature, which will help recruiters to source candidates, as well as find the vacancies to place them. Although we are still in the development stage, we are looking at offering the new feature to new clients in exchange for feedback. We designed MyResourcer to help recruiters to make more placements, although the market has changed, this will always be a recruiter’s number one priority.”

Other enhancements include a brand new user interface, which will make the easy to use system even clearer in the search for MyResourcer. As well as being able to monitor direct employer adverts from job boards and half a million career pages, MyResourcer is able to let recruiters know when the clients and prospects from their own database are advertising. MyResourcer monitors each and every career page in real-time. For recruiters having to manage a large portfolio of clients, this not only simplifies the entire business development process, but frees up time cold–calling. The system has won and been nominated for numerous awards for innovation and the team are showing no signs of letting up on development.
