Templine targets further growth after doubling revenues since KCP investment

Temporary blue-collar staffing business Templine Employment Agency Limited (“Templine”) has doubled its revenues since securing a &pound4.3m investment from independentmid-market private equity house Key Capital Partners (KCP) in 2007.

Birminghambased Templine is a specialist provider of temporary labour to customers in the distribution, warehousing and industrial sectors. The Company works closelywith its customers, through its “Onsite” branches that are dedicated to the needs of a particular client. In addition the Templine also operates six High street Branches in the Midlands and South East.

In November 2007, KCP backed the management buyout of Templine, providing investment and support to help drive the impressive growth of the business.Templine’s revenues have risen from &pound15.6m in 2007 to &pound31.5m in 2011. The business was ranked as the UK’s 21st fastest growing staffing company in 2012 and the second fastest in its sector.
