BRC Staff Training Success

Two members of staff at BRC, the Bristol-based independent recruitment specialists for public, private and third sector clients, have gained Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) qualifications.

Nathan Hopkins, based in the company’s Cardiff office, and Sara Abdolzadeh, based in Manchester, both achieved the Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CRP) following 11 weeks of distance study. In that time, they developed their expertise in building and sustaining relationships, managing the recruitment process and understanding essential legislation and operational processes.

About the achievement, Nathan Hopkins said: “Completing the course has increased my ability to provide my clients and candidates with an excellent service. This qualification will enable me to improve my sales technique and understanding of specialist markets so that I’m able to maximise success rates for all parties I work with.”

Sara Abdolzadeh added: “I feel I’ve extending my skill set, while improving my knowledge of the recruitment process. This has made me feel even more capable of managing myself in a way that adds value to my candidates, clients and colleagues and better equipped to grow business for BRC.”

BRC ensures all consultants complete REC certification as part of their ongoing commitment to staff training and development.
