Increasing demand leads to new online offering for TEAM

TEAM (The Employment Agents Movement) is pleased to announce that, in response to an increase in demand, it has launched its new website.

As the largest networked group of independent recruiters in the UK, TEAM currently has over 400 membership locations. Through the network of recruitment agencies, members can support each other with opportunities to share and improve business prospects.

It has recently experienced huge growth, with 72 new members this year alone, and it has had a 10% increase in membership figures on this time last year. This has prompted the need to develop its website in order to give recruiters greater support for their businesses.

The site, which is now live, has several new features. It provides virtually all the necessary documentation that a recruitment business needs, which is continually updated to keep abreast of new and changing legislation. Relevant information and links for employers and job seekers are included, along with the latest news so members can keep up-to-date with industry changes. Information and reminders on upcoming meetings and networking events are also listed.

The most dynamic addition has been a networking tool, TEAM Xchange, which allows all members to quickly and easily share information on vacancies and candidates with a view to obtaining networked assistance and a shared fee.

TEAM has also made changes to the website as part of its focus on online presence. The network has recently developed its social media, with a new twitter feed, LinkedIn group and Facebook page, all of which have been incorporated into its new site.

Liz Longman, Managing Director at TEAM, says: “It’s been a great year so far at TEAM, and now that our new website is up and running I’m confident that our members will see huge benefits. We want our current and future members to get the most out the network, and our new website combined with our social media channels means that accessibility has never been better.”
