The Talent Group joins TEAM

TEAM, The Employment Agents Movement, is pleased to announce that it is now working with The Talent Group.

As the largest networked group of independent recruiters in the UK, TEAM currently has over 400 membership locations. Through the network of recruitment agencies, members can support each other with opportunities to share and improve business prospects.

It has now welcomed The Talent Group, which recruits exclusively for the Retail, Leisure & Hospitality Sector. Specialising in HR & Resourcing, Head Office & Operations Recruitment, the team offers a unique selection process across all levels.

Simon Doogan, owner of The Talent Group, says: “TEAM was recommended to me by a friend, and there were many reasons that influenced my decision to join. I knew that the access to job boards would greatly benefit me, and it really has made a huge difference. This isn’t only in terms of the discounted rates, but the speed of the process is a real advantage – you can be live and advertising within minutes.

“I’d also been told that the support element of the group would be valuable for me, particularly as we’re a small firm. We’re open to the same legalities as bigger organisations, for example, but we’re at a disadvantage because we’re smaller. We aren’t able to afford legal advice on the same scale, so it gives me peace of mind to know that I can rely on TEAM and its members if I ever need them.

“In addition, I wanted to gain more exposure and be seen as a trusted recruiter. TEAM has a great reputation and is widely known, and the public recognition that we gain from being part of the group is really beneficial for us.”

Liz Longman, Managing Director at TEAM, says: “I’m glad that Simon is taking advantage of the benefits, and has greater peace of mind since joining us. Support amongst members is something that we’re very proud of, and we’ll continue to focus on this during networking at our meetings.”
