With a further 8 new hires, Randstad Financial & Professional’s growth shows no signs of slowing
Randstad Financial & Professional’s recruitment drive maintains momentum, making a further nine key appointments.
Steve Morris, operations director for the specialist recruiter, comments: “Our success to date has been built on having the best talent. As regional demand continues to pick up pace, we will match growth by strengthening our team of expert recruitment consultants.” Steve adds: “Based on our current position, I predict that we will also make a number of additional hires in the months ahead. We will continue to recruit local recruitment experts with regional knowledge and insight.”
In Leeds, Helen Ward and Michelle Fergusson both join the team as senior consultants after 22 years and 9 years with Hays respectively, whilst Ben Pugh joins the team from Search Consultancy as senior consultant. Pugh’s prior experience also includes 8 years with Hays.
Steve Lockwood joins the Manchester branch as manager following over 2 years with Search Consultancy. Lockwood will support the North West region, responding to demand for part qualified and qualified permanent positions.
In London, there are two new team additions. Firstly, consultant Adam Flint joins the team after over two years with Reed. Flint is joined by senior consultant Ricky Arnold. Arnold will focus on change management following his roles at Klein Wright Godwin and Michael Page.
Of the two new appointments in Southampton Dan Levy takes the position of manager after five and a half years with Hays and Aran Purewal, also formerly from Hays, joins the team as senior consultant. Rachel Meredith joins the rapidly expanding team in Birmingham as consultant. Rachel moves to Randstad Financial & Professional after six and a half years with Extra Personnel.
