Headhunt In-house Training today launches www.headhuntin.com the world’s first in-house corporate recruitment e-learning software that managers and trainees can customise in real time created by the former Head of In-house Executive Search for a division of J.P. Morgan, Fraser Hill.

Today Headhunt In-house Training launches www.headhuntin.com which provides online on-demand headhunt and recruitment training for corporate in-house recruiters. The product has been developed by Fraser Hill, the former Head of Internal Executive Search for a division of J.P. Morgan.

The core training is 15 hours of interactive online training divided into 13 modules covering the direct-source recruitment lifecycle. Additionally recruiters and managers can log in, view and customise different forms, scripts, tests, planning tools and appraisals. For in-house recruitment teams looking to host their own unique online training and deliver it globally and consistently, they can simply add content, edit the existing scripts, forms, tests and appraisals, all in real time. Trainees can then further customise the content so their scripts are unique to them. Trainees can then get tested with the 100 question online exam which can also be customised in real time. With no multiple choice questions, trainees will have to really study the online training to pass.

Fraser Hill, founder and author of the Headhunt In-house Training series stated, “With cost being a key driver in the shift from agency dependency to internal direct sourcing over the past 10 years, true market mapping and headhunting hasn’t really made its way in-house like high volume administration intensive recruiting has, yet market mapping and headhunting remain the most effective way to source mid to senior level talent. I wanted to create a product that could be delivered globally by our clients with a consistent message unique to their firm that can not only reduce costs but increase the quality of hiring. I did this exact role at J.P. Morgan and never once used a job board and instead conducted traditional market mapping and headhunting so I knew what would work for the in-house market.” 

Corporate recruiters in today’s market rely almost entirely on job boards and CV databases. I also wanted to create a test that wasn’t your typical easy multiple-choice set of questions that just anyone could pass.
