Search Consultant Matt Elvidge has achieved promotion from Search Consultant to Senior Search Consultant. Matt joined Aston Taylor in January 2011 as a Trainee and was completely new to the industry. Originally he worked in Advertising before making the decision to develop a successful career in Recruitment.

He has shown a tremendous amount of passion for the industry and has forged excellent relationships with his Clients and Candidates. Matt is a fantastic example of how Aston Taylor’s individual training and tailored development can offer a genuine meritocracy to every employee. Matt has a love for all things adventurous and will often share stories of his weekends spent cycling competitively and taking part in tough guy challenges, the whole team are incredibly pleased for our office action hero!
