Global Solutions Announce Software Investment

Global Solutions, the specialist international recruiter for the staffing industry, has announced a major innovation with a new software system, Silverline, to help monitor and manage performance targets across its global network.

The investment will also see Silverline deployed for specialist healthcare recruiter Ideal Healthcare, which is also part of the Fraser Brown group.

Silverline is an innovative sales performance management software system launched by Parasol Group specifically for the staffing industry.

Commenting on the investment, Fraser Brown, group Managing Director, said: “The progress we have made on the international stage since our inception has been fantastic, as evidenced by our move into the health sector with Ideal Healthcare.

Silverline, which has been developed as a web-based bespoke solution for the staffing industry, allows managers to focus on the key performance metrics that really make a difference to recruiters and their performance and hence profitability.

By utilising multiple data sources in order to create interactive dashboards, Silverline eradicates the need for time-consuming data manipulation and conflicting reports, allowing managers to identify the key metrics that truly affect success.
