Pure Recruitment Training launches the new www.purerecruitmenttraining.com which provides online on-demand headhunt and recruitment training optimised for the mobile generation. The core training is 20 hours of interactive online training divided into 16 modules covering the whole recruitment lifecycle. Additionally recruiters and managers can log in, view and customise different forms, over 80 scripts, planning tools and appraisals.

For companies looking to host their own unique online version, they can simply change the background to their logo, add content, and edit the existing scripts, forms, tests and appraisals, all in real time. Trainees can then further customise the company content so their scripts are unique to them. Trainees can then get tested with the 100 question online test which is the toughest in the industry. With no multiple choices, trainees will have to really study the 180 page workbook to pass.
