Roc Search celebrate their 5th year anniversary

This month Reading based Recruitment consultancy Roc Search celebrate their 5th year anniversary. Roc Search was founded by managing director Conor Roughneen back in August 2007 from his Reading home. The company remains independently owned and has grown from one employee to over 40 with offices in London and Manchester with plans for a European presence by 2014. Roc Search provide services for contract and permanent markets, encompassing all business sectors covering the full Recruitment life cycle covering the sectors of IT, Finance, Engineering and sales.

Roc Search are on track to turn over 17 million this year with the business going from strength to strength. Conor attributes the success and rapid growth of the company down to the quality of the people on board & lsquo;every single employee makes a difference. We have made significant changes in the last two years bringing on board a strong finance team and back office, internal recruitment team and the introduction of account managers and a marketing manager which have all contributed to the phenomenal growth of the company. Not forgetting of course the consultants and managers themselves who have all grown with the company over the last few years and achieved incredible results for Roc Search’.

Although the company has ambitious growth plans for the next few years the ethos remains unchanged Roc Search continues to represent an environment as transparent as it is fun to work in, an atmosphere which is motivational and aspirational, and an ethos which remains unchanged as the business grows.

As an organisation the company is now an active member of Apsco and REC and is committed to local charity Daisy Dream to raise &pound3000 in the next 12 months through various fund raising schemes.

Roc Search is officially celebrating the anniversary on Friday 31st August at Trunkwell Manor in Reading with afternoon BBQ and games for all employees and their families.
