Bright Purple Recruits Future Sales Factory as Academy Training Partner

Bright Purple Resourcing, the UK-based IT and financial services recruitment specialist, has commissioned Edinburgh-based consultancy, Future Sales Factory, to be its partner to deliver a series training programmes to its people across the company.

The training programmes will be delivered to Bright Purple’s consultants and business development people in Edinburgh, London and Lithuania via the Bright Purple Academy. The initial module, a two month programme which begins in September, will cover basic sales skill, account management and negotiation.

Bright Purple Sales Director Neil Lafferty said: “We are looking forward to working with Future Sales Factory to further enhance the training programmes we deliver for our people. Last year’s launch of the Bright Purple Academy underlined our commitment to being a great place to work and it gives us the ideal resource to promote the personal development of the fantastic people who make up the Bright Purple team.

“As a global business with growth aspirations, we understand the value in structured training programmes and the importance of delivering on-going career development for our people.”

Matthew Quinn, Managing Director of Future Sales Factory, said: “It’s great to be working in partnership with Bright Purple across its UK and Lithuanian operations to promote people development through its Academy. The programmes that we deliver are all focused around the firm’s ethos of understanding the customer and being the best at what they do. Our aim is to enhance the team’s existing skills and further improve their ability to deliver for clients.”
