KM&T joins Institute of Recruiters to provide quality recruitment procedures

Global consultancy firm KM&T have joined the Institute of Recruiters (IOR) throughout their worldwide network to provide increased recruitment standards.

With offices in North America, Australia, Singapore, Europe and the UK, KM&T have chosen to unify the recruitment process worldwide to ensure the recruitment of the best candidates, with the Institute of Recruiters (IOR) providing the basis.

KM&T’s consultancy business advises companies globally on all aspects of business transformation, and by working with the IOR it can better impart knowledge and research on the recruiting processes and strategy.

Azmat Mohammed, Institute of Recruiters (IOR) Director General explains, “KM&T want to ensure their international hiring strategy is based on recognised standards and thought leadership. In addition, their global business consulting arm will be better placed to advise HR on the single function that returns the most revenue growth and profit margin to a company – delivering on recruiting”

KM&T director, Steve Boam, who initially oversaw a trial at KM&T’s UK headquarters, praised the approach. “Standardisation is one of the key elements we preach to our clients. With the work of our HR team and the IOR, we’ve been able to successfully standardise the recruitment process at our UK offices and now worldwide.

As a people based business, ensuring we’re hiring the right people is of paramount importance to us and working with the IOR will help to maintain this standard”

The process has already seen significant tests, as KM&T UK recently announced the creation of up to 40 new jobs, whilst their Canadian and Australia branches are also seeing significant expansion over the coming months.
