International recruitment training consultancy allows medical candidates to interview over the internet

Odyssey Recruitment, a leader in global medical recruitment, has selected Cammio.me, the online video interview specialists, to offer international candidates the ability to conduct interviews over the internet. The technology will allow candidates to conduct pre-recorded or live interviews with prospective employers in different countries and will also be used to help train and prepare candidates for interviews.

The company wanted to improve its recruitment processes to speed up the search, selection and relocation of highly qualified medical professionals, physician executives and health care executives. Relying on traditional CVs and telephone interviews was becoming ineffective, particularly with candidates looking to relocate to a different country being unable to interact with their potential employer.
