Damian Broughton, Managing Director at DANBRO said & lsquo; We are overjoyed to be in the finals for the North of England's Independent Firm of the Year award. It is a great achievement to be recognised at a prestigious event like The British Accountancy Awards. We anticipate 2012 is going to be another great year for DANBRO and we will continually strive to improve what we do as a business.’

In order to compete in this category, DANBRO  had to demonstrate how it has added significant value to its clients across all service areas. There are currently five other competitors in this category and the winning firm will have to show how the services it has provided have been fundamental in enabling their clients to achieve their business goals.

The judging panel includes Sir David Tweedie (President of ICAS), Andrew Leck (Head of ACCA UK) and Mark Spofforth (President of ICAEW) to name just three. The finals will be held on the evening of the 21st of November at Old Billingsgate Market, London, where this year’s winners will be announced.
