The Scott Partnership, a leading global business-to-business PR and marketing communications agency, has been appointed by HCL plc to support its organic growth and maintain its position as the leading provider of flexible health and social care workforce solutions. The Scott Partnership was selected by HCLbased on its track record of delivering effective communications campaigns, and extensive experience in the NHS and wider health and social care landscapes.
