HCL appoints The Scott Partnership to maintain its position as workforce solutions leader in health and social care

The Scott Partnership, a leading global business-to-business PR and marketing communications agency, has been appointed by HCL plc to support its organic growth and maintain its position as the leading provider of flexible health and social care workforce solutions. The Scott Partnership was selected by HCLbased on its track record of delivering effective communications campaigns, and extensive experience in the NHS and wider health and social care landscapes.

HCL, which was formed in 2003 as a staffing agency, today supplies over 2,000 temporary and permanent doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, qualified social workers and administration & clerical staff to public and private sectors every week.
