RSA, the leading global Life Sciences Executive Search and Interim Management specialist, today announced its participation in this year’s RAPS – The Regulatory Convergence, the largest annual gathering for Life Sciences Regulatory professionals. Managing Director of RSA Singapore, Susan Macdonald, will be attending the event from 26th – 30th October at Washington State Convention Center, Seattle.

Attracting some of the biggest names in the Regulatory community, the conference is expected to draw around 2,000 attendees who will hear from Regulatory officials from national and international agencies overseeing health products, as well as representatives from agencies in Europe, China, Japan, India and more. Issues in the regulation of drugs, Biotechnology and Medical Devices will be examined.

Joined by distinguished colleagues in the industry, Susan will be speaking in a Regulatory Strategy session on Talent Management on Sunday 28th October from 1:15pm to 2:45pm. The aim of the session is to help participants gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and successful strategies needed to develop top tier Regulatory talent.

In her talk, entitled “Attracting, Retaining and Developing Regulatory Top Talent,” Susan will discuss the evolution of the Regulatory function, what Life Sciences companies look for in Regulatory professionals, how companies should attract, retain and develop top talent and the future for Regulatory talent.

“I am delighted to be able to share my expertise and provide insight on the critical elements that will drive success in Regulatory Talent Management” says Susan. The oversubscription to the conference demonstrates how important it is for the global Regulatory community to come together to examine the most important issues in this area. It will be a great honour to share my insights and speak at what has become a truly international event.”
