Seminar for recruiters placing interims overseas

Seminar for recruiters placing interims overseas

With the British government striving to raise the cost for UK businesses which need the services of “controlling persons”, there is growing awareness among interim recruitment consultancies of the demand for professional interim managers and executives in the nerve centres of businesses across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America.  Figures from the Institute of Interim Management show that “at any one time, 15% to 20% of UK interims may be working abroad”.  Does this “80/20 split” reflect your placement mix?

Taking people out of their domestic comfort zones (especially relating to a host country’s & lsquo;expatriate compliance’ legislation and how it is interpreted by local vested interest), can be traumatic for the unwary.

You can help smooth the compliance path for your interim placements starting assignments abroad and, perhaps, improve your own knowledge of associated compliance risks for you and your clients, by attending a highly informative and interactive seminar on the evening of 27 November.  You are promised an informative evening with a chance to network over drinks and a buffet supper with colleagues from other consultancies as well as with interims considering if, when and where to contract their services outside the UK.
