Smart Solutions, one of the UK’s fastest growing recruitment companies, has promoted recruitment and business development expert Michelle Mallet to the role of national sales and marketing manager, responsible for the company’s sales and marketing function across the UK.

Based at the firm’s south Wales headquarters, Michelle will take responsibly for assisting in driving company growth, managing the sales teams and raising the business profile of Smart Solutions’ network of 36 recruitment and outsourcing service centres across the UK.

With 15 years experience, Michelle possesses an unparalleled level of expertise and insight in the recruitment industry, combined with a commitment to the continued expansion of the business while maintaining Smart Solutions high standards of service for its clients.

Michelle initially joined Smart Solutions in January 2011 as business development manager where her success quickly resulted in promotion to the role of divisional sales manager.

Prior to joining Smart Solutions, Michelle built her career in recruitment working through the ranks from consultant to senior management level. In a previous role Michelle was involved in creating a commercial division from scratch. Having worked in multi-disciplines including managed service, onsite, permanent, contract and flexible recruitment for names such as Acorn and Brook Street, Michelle also developed in-depth contact centre experience gaining, first-hand knowledge on operational management and training.
