Stafforce, one of the UK’s leading recruitment and business improvement companies, has demonstrated its commitment to driving up standards within the industry by launching its own Academy.

The Academy will launch three exciting schemes from which all staff can benefit – this includes its own in-house qualification called & lsquo;License to Operate’, a Management Development Programme, called & lsquo;the Climb’ and “Share and Learn” sessions covering a number of key areas, in a bid to raise standards right across the business. It is expected that the Stafforce Academy will create a competitive advantage for the Stafforce business by enhancing the skills of staff and demonstrating a true commitment to learning and development.

The first group of 34 staff are about to embark on & lsquo;License to Operate’, which has been developed by internal champions within the business who have identified what represents quality in the recruitment industry and captured this within this revolutionary new qualification.

Staff enrolled on the course will follow a specially developed Level 3 Apprenticeship programme over the next nine months that has been designed to enhance skills and drive competitiveness within the business.

& lsquo;The climb’ will involve 12 staff from Stafforce’s talent pool in a dedicated management development programme which is set to further reinforce leadership skills and providing tangible ways to help them inspire their teams to deliver the best results for customers.

The Share and Learn sessions will be open to all staff across the business and will enable them to share best practice in terms of information and experiences that will add significant value to employees, customers and clients.
