TEAM welcomes four new members!
TEAM, The Employment Agents Movement, is pleased to announce that it recently welcomed four new members to the group: EPersonnel, Back Office Support Services, PayStream and Inland Solutions.
As the largest networked group of independent recruiters in the UK, TEAM currently has over 400 membership locations. Through the network of recruitment agencies, members can support each other with opportunities to share and improve business prospects.
EPersonnel, a leading recruitment business for temporary, contractual and permanent staff across a variety of sectors, joined TEAM last month after it was recommended by a fellow recruiter. Michelle Collins, Co-director, says: “As an independent agency, we recognised the advantages that TEAM could bring, such as the fantastic rates on job boards. But it goes further than this. The networking format of the meetings really appeals to us because we understand the importance of chatting with like-minded people about any issues or concerns.”
As well as the support of other recruiters, agencies such as EPersonnel can also benefit from TEAM’s service providers. Back Office Support Services, an administrative and financial specialist supporting the recruitment agency industry, is one such example. Their services offer payroll, invoicing, credit control, bad debt protection and 100% funding, as well as discounted rates for TEAM members.
Janine Ambrose, Sales Development Manager at Back Office Support Services, says: “We are delighted to be part of TEAM and are very much looking forward to working with everyone. Several of our clients are fellow members – which is part of the reason why we decided to join – and we’ll be pleased to help others in the same way.”
PayStream, a leading provider of accountancy services to contractors working through recruitment agencies, is another provider joining TEAM. With a focus on compliance and customer service both to the agency and the contractor, PayStream was voted runner up in Contractor UK's best umbrella and best contractor accountant of the year awards.
Tony Hodkinson, Client Relationship Manager at PayStream, says: “We’re sure that members will benefit from our services. With our in-house Legal and Compliance function we are close to the legislative and tax issues affecting most recruitment businesses, such as pensions, which is currently the hot topic. Our objective is to work with members to share best practice while providing contractors with great service.”
In a similar way, sub contracting company, Inland Solutions, is also able to offer expertise and knowledge on topical issues, such as AWR and pension reforms, as well as the use of subcontractors as opposed to agency workers.
Steve Clarke, Head of Group Sales, says: “I’m excited to join such a forward thinking organisation and work in partnership with agencies. The key is to educate TEAM and spread the word. We’re more than happy to give presentations at meetings if that would be useful, as well as offer free reviews to see if savings can be made.”
Liz Longman, Managing Director at TEAM, says: “We know that our recruiters really value the expert knowledge and support from service providers, so it’s fantastic to welcome these new members. We very much look forward to seeing what they have to offer in the upcoming meetings.”
