Encore Personnel Services have just been awarded the commendation of the Best People Development Business in the UK by the Institute of Recruitment Professionals at a lavish ceremony in the City of London. The Awards celebrate the achievements of recruitment businesses in the UK and have become a recognised stamp of business excellence and success.
Amongst a group of high profile recruitment professionals Encore received the award after beating off some of the biggest names in the recruitment industry. Encore’s people development strategy, internal training courses, support for people development and the impact of development on performance were key factors in them winning the award.
The Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) was founded by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) in 2009, the core purpose being to ensure that individual recruiters are recognised as a member of a professional industry that is committed to upholding best practice, world-class recruitment standards and providing the best possible service to clients and candidates.
