JAM Recruitment has been named as one of the recruitment industry’s “best companies to Work for” at the REC Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) Awards 2012.

Assessed against UK recruitment consultancies with up to 250 employees, JAM was the only entrant to receive a “Highly Commended” rating and was the sole runner-up in the category. The business won particular praise for making significant investments in training and technology.

Celebrating excellence in the recruitment industry, the IRP awards recognise companies and individuals that have achieved exceptional results, setting the bar for all recruitment professionals to aspire to.

JAM Recruitment was founded in November 2000 by CEO John Morris and has grown to operate on a national and international basis, employing more than 140 people at its headquarters in Manchester and offices in London. The business provides specialist skills to the engineering and manufacturing industry and has developed a close relationship with the manufacturer’s organisation EEF, advising on skills and pay across the sector.
