TEAM, The Employment Agents Movement, is pleased to announce that it has collaborated with Executive Advisory Services (EAS) to give its members the TEAM Benefits Club – offering exclusive and discounted services. 

As the largest networked group of independent recruiters in the UK, TEAM currently has over 400 membership locations. Through the network of recruitment agencies, members can support each other with opportunities to share and improve business prospects, and gain valuable advice from its service providers.

EAS is one such service provider that is helping to bring TEAM’s members more benefits. Adrian McCafferty, Senior Consultant at EAS, says: “As TEAM members, we recognised that for independent recruiters, benefits can often be costly and in some cases their value is questioned by employees. Following discussions with the network we started the process by asking TEAM members what they would like to see. It offers financial non-salary advantages, gives you access to the best financial advice, and allows you to secure valuable savings on a wide range of products and services.  Some of the offers include: a free annual benefits audit review, access to a full range of compliance services, access to the full marketplace of leading product providers via EAS, and discounted implementation rates on a wide range of products and services.

You can also have personal accident cover, healthcare cashbacks with family options available, individual private medical insurance with AXA, and discounts on financial products and services.
