Absolutes hat-trick of strategic appointments
Absolute’s hat-trick of strategic appointments
A Crewe-based recruitment group has made three strategic appointments within its businesses in South Cheshire.
The Absolute Solutions Group has appointed Ken Black as its business development manager across its four brands, which include Absolute Recruitment, Summit Executive Search & Selection, Meadowbank Associates and Bralin Recruitment.
Karen Baker has been appointed as the new branch manager for Bralin Recruitment, which is based in Winsford, and Phil Bills has been appointed as a senior consultant at Crewe-based Summit Executive Search & Selection.
Group managing director Jessica Marshall said the appointments are key to the growth of the company moving forward.
“There are plenty of opportunities in the employment market and we have recruited three very talented people to support the growth of the group,” said Jessica, who runs the organisation with husband Dan.
“All three are senior appointments and Ken, Karen and Phil have the autonomy to develop and capitalise on opportunities that ultimately generate both permanent and temporary employment opportunities.”
The company, which was founded nearly 10 years ago, has gone from strength to strength as a result of securing a series of prestigious contracts and through the strategic acquisition of other recruitment businesses.
New business development manager Ken Black, who lives in St Helens, aims to broaden the group’s reach and establish it in Merseyside, Deeside and Greater Manchester.
“The focus for our growth is distribution, manufacturing and engineering because there are plenty of businesses in the North West that are crying out for support in order to be ahead of the curve when it comes to growth and expansion,” said Ken.
He added: “I jumped at the chance to join the Absolute Solutions Group because it’s a company that is going places and run by people who genuinely want to deliver recruitment solutions that benefit both businesses and people who are looking to get into employment.”
