MACILDOWIE OPENS NEW DIVISION TO MEET MARKET DEMANDS

Midlands based specialist recruitment company, Macildowie, is launching a new sales and marketing division to meet the increased demand for top candidates.

The new department will specialise in placing the best, and most qualified professionals, into a growing number of sales and marketing roles across the Midlands. It will sit alongside Macildowie’s existing areas of expertise, which includes recruitment in finance, human resources, procurement and supply chain.

The new division officially launches in the New Year, but the team has already been working with existing clients to place a number of candidates in positions including that of strategic account director and head of retail sales.

James Taylor, director at Macildowie commented:

“The new sales and marketing division is being created to meet the needs of our loyal customers as well as recent trends in the general market place”.

“Many company owners have weathered the storm of the recession by keeping a close eye on their costs, but are now looking to invest in their business and drive sales growth. Sales and marketing is a key factor in any new business development strategy.

“These are exciting times for Macildowie, in addition to the launch of this exciting new division, we have an innovative new website going live early next year that will set us in good stead to grow as a business through 2013.”

Will Thomas, responsible for heading up the new division, added:

“Macildowie’s new division will add another level of quality business partnering to support our expanding client base.

“We have put together a team with a vast experience of recruiting across the Midlands, promising to recruit in the & lsquo;Macildowie Way’, adding value to our clients and providing outstanding results.”

The new division is the latest addition to the company voted seventh in The Sunday Times Best Small Companies to work for list.
