This list is universally thought as the definitive list for growing businesses to bench mark ourselves so to even rank on here is an achievement in itself. Other companies that ranked include Jamies Italian, Cote restaurants, stormfront and Trunkie to name a few so were in good company’.

Conor founded Roc Search from his Reading home in 2007 and has taken the company from strength to strength since then. Roc Search Ltd is a leading IT and Engineering recruitment consultancy providing services for contract and permanent markets encompassing all business sectors and covering the full recruitment life cycle.

Roc Search employs over 45 staff between their Head office in Reading and across their regional offices in London and Manchester. To further mark the company’s growth they are moving into Iconic new offices The Blade in the centre of Reading in January 2013, which will allow the Reading office to grow to a staff capacity of over 80. Senior Business Manger Andrew Mace who has been with the company since 2008 comments & lsquo;the idea behind the move is to not only double our headcount at our Head Office but also to provide first class surroundings and facilities for our staff cementing us as the leading recruitment company in the region’.

2012 has been a very busy year for Roc Search brining on board a marketing team, internal recruitment team to support Roc Search’s growth along with new divisions including an engineering arm and also several experienced professionals who have been brought on by the direction and vision of the company. But at the core of the business Managing Director Conor comments & lsquo;is the continual recruitment of trainee consultants, we have an organic growth policy so all managers would at some point have gone through our bespoke in house training program to become managers’.

2013 is also set to be another exciting year at Roc Search, Marketing Manager Lucy Meddings comments & lsquo;we are embarking on several new marketing campaigns, we are also heavily involved in charity work for our nominated charity Daisy’s Dream (a local children’s charity) and we have devised a very exciting and challenging charity calendar put together by myself and all staff including marathons, half marathons, Ab sailing and sky dives just to name a few things!. We are also in line for more awards and accreditations and are looking forward to another year of growth along with a new office move’.

Roc Search is set to end the year on a turnover of &pound12m. Conor is also working towards opening the first European office which is set to open in Q2 2014 in Germany.
