Change International expands team to support growth ambitions

The UK’s leading international recruiter, Change Recruitment Group has strengthened its teams in Glasgow and Edinburgh. A brand new International Operations Manager role has been created, while five new consultants have joined the international accountancy and finance teams.

Stephanie Cano has been appointed as the company’s new International Operations Manager, this position has been developed in order to provide support to the rapidly expanding international division. She joins from Reed, where she was Executive Business Manager, covering Scotland, the North East of England and Belfast.

Lin Lu has relocated from Shanghai, where she has worked in both MBA student recruitment and as a consultant for Michael Page. She is fluent in Mandarin and will assist with the expansion of the business in the Asia-Pacific market.

French-born Claire Encrenaz arrives from Geneva, where she has managed export trade for the maritime industry for the past five years, while Laurie Pook joins from recruitment consultants Reed and is fluent in Spanish with vast experience in financial services.

Karin Lorimer joins from Morgan Stanley, prior to this she spent six years with recruitment consultancy Hays, as well as having recruited for banking giant Santander and Lindsey McBride arrives from Nuparc in Glasgow, where she specialised in oil & gas recruitment.

Laura Drysdale, managing director of Change International said: “Over the last year we have seen major growth within a broad range of sectors, including accounting and finance and oil and gas.

“Our unique business model enables us to work solely from Scotland, sourcing jobs internationally, without candidates having to deal with offices around the world.

“These appointments will help broaden our international division and add additional language skills, which are extremely vital to the growth of the business. Our aim is to continue to strengthen our teams over the coming months.”
