Day Webster On Target To Triple Turnover
Day Webster – On Target To Triple Turnover
Day Webster Limited is an established recruitment group incorporating the Care Providers and R&S Medical brands and specialising in the placement of nursing and AHP/HSS temporary staff.
Day Webster is pleased to report on an outstanding 2012 which saw the company triple in size. After its successful move to Woodford in Dec 2011 the business has grown rapidly staffing levels have increased from 6 to 40 and turnover is forecast to achieve circa £12m for the 12 months to 31 Mar 13, a threefold increase on results for 2012.
Over this time the nursing team has continued to grow and the business has established an Allied Health Professional’s and Health Science Services (AHP/HSS) division that accounts for a third of revenues. This has been achieved in a difficult macro-economic environment and in a market where other agencies are contracting. The latter division now operates successful desks in Physiotherapy, Biomedical Science, Cardiology, Occupational Therapists & Sterile Services.
Day Webster is also proud to have been awarded the London Procurement Programme – AHP/HSS contract and the Healthtrust Europe – AHP/HSS contract over the last quarter of 2012.
Further, in December, we were audited by the London Procurement Programme and achieved platinum status for the second year in a row for our compliance.
Finally, we will be launching a new website in the next few days that reflects our achievements and growth and welcome new users at www.daywebster.com.
Hugh Woods Ballard, Managing Director of Day Webster, said “The last year has been an unrivalled success and reflects the efforts and determination of all our staff. We expect to see similar growth over the next 12 months and look forward to 2013 with anticipation”
Set up in late 2009, Day Webster was started by Hugh Woods Ballard and Daniel Wise. Hugh was Group FD at the Morgan Hunt Group for seven years. Morgan Hunt is a leading public sector recruiter that achieved sustained and rapid growth from inception in 2001 and grew from start up to £90m turnover over this time. Daniel started the theatres division at Health Care Locums in 2004 which became the fastest growing division within the group and ran his own, successful, healthcare recruitment business for many years.
