GOVERNMENT FUNDING FOR DENISE WALKER’S BUSINESS GROWTH COACHING AND LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Denise Walker, MD of Absolutely Business is delighted to have been approved as an expert GrowthAccelerator coach.
GrowthAccelerator gives access to meaningful coaching and £2,000 match funding per leader/manager in ambitious SMEs, which have a strong chance of growing 20% per year. This, Denise feels, fits well with her business model, which provides industry-leading business growth support, consultancy, learning, development and training for recruitment professionals who are serious about maximising their potential.

One of two new Absolutely Business services is The Strategic Team, which has been designed to provide intensive strategic support to carefully-selected owner-managers of recruitment businesses, with ambitious growth plans. In addition to Denise, this comprises two further principals, Romney Rawes (former MD of Reed Employment, Select Plc and Abacus Plc) and Crawfurd Walker (MD of The RIB Index).
The second new service is the intensive 4-day Engaging Leadership Programme, which Denise designed with motivation specialist, Steve Jones, one of the advisors on the BIS Employee Engagement Consultation. This is available in-house and will be available as an open programme from April 2013, facilitated via UK Recruiter.
