Odgers Interim Launches Project & Programme Management Practice

Odgers Interim - the specialist in interim management appointments – is building on its core offering by launching a new division that will focus on Project and Programme Management roles.

The practice, which is officially launching on 7th January 2013, will be headed up by Duncan Hoggett who will be working with existing sector specific teams across the business. Its primary function – both in the UK and internationally - will be on the placement of interim specialists who will be focused on delivering successful change management programmes. Key roles will include Solution Architects and Project Managers through to Senior Programme Directors with experience of operating at board level.

The division is aimed at organisations operating within the public and private sectors that are undergoing change - both planned and unplanned. It will be able to provide full teams or complement existing resources on specific projects for example, from the roll out of a new ERP system through to post acquisition integration.

Duncan commented “Over the past few years, Odgers Interim has placed a significant number of interims within this specialism and the launch of the Project and Programme Management practice was the next natural step. The launch aims to build on Odgers Interim’s current presence in the interim marketplace and is designed to complement its other key functions which include the placement of Corporate Communications, Financial Management, Human Resources, IT Management, Procurement & Supply Chain, Board & SEO, Sales & Marketing and Legal experts.
