Phaidon International Expands into Life Sciences with EPM Scientific

Phaidon International has announced the launch of its sixth micro-specialist recruitment brand, EPM Scientific, who specialise in the Life Sciences industry.

Directed by Emma Morris, formerly of Hydrogen Group, EPM aims to play an integral part in clients Enterprise Project Management, providing recruitment services into large complex projects in the Life Sciences sector.

“I am extremely excited to be leading Phaidon International into a new industry sector, particularly one that is so globally scalable” said Emma Morris, Associate Director at EPM Scientific.

EPM will be working with an extensive range of organisations including Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, CRO, and Biotechnology, with particular focus into Biometrics and Clinical Operations.

Founded by CEO Adam Buck in 2004, the Phaidon International Group has enjoyed a compound annual growth rate of over 34%, year on year, achieving an average of 25.3% EBITDA.

“We have a clear strategy that is working to deliver us competitive advantage and superior financial results, we’re pleased that Emma has come on board and are very confident that EPM will add real value to the Group” said Adam Buck, CEO at Phaidon International. 

Phaidon International plans to launch a further 4 niche brands, which will inevitably benefit from the International presence that the Group has established and the further 6 international offices opening over the next 18 months.
