Roc Search Move into New Head office

Roc Search Ltd today have their first working day in their HQ in Reading. They occupy the 7th floor of the prestigious and iconic building & lsquo;The Blade’ in Reading which has taken 6 months to design and complete a bespoke fit out. The office fantastic views across the town, it has purposely designed for the comfort of staff. The Roc Search Head Office has been based in Reading for the last five years at Dukesbridge House and they are now at full capacity with nearly 50 staff. The move goes in line with the ambitious company growth strategy as they now have space for over 80 employees and founder and Managing Director Conor Roughneen comments’ we looked at various different offices around the town centre with one aim of finding an office in which we could design a unique and luxurious space with modern surroundings, spectacular views and specialist staff areas incorporating all the elements staff have requested to make it both a welcoming and aspirational environment for staff to work in’.

Senior Manager Andrew Mace who has been with Roc Search for five years and over see’s the Regional business comments & lsquo;all of our employees at Roc Search are eagerly awaiting the move, we will be offering staff lots of breakout areas, leisure and fitness area’s and the latest hi tech facilitates for break times’. Marketing Manager Lucy Meddings  comments & lsquo;we are designing the office space to be attractive for people thinking of joining the company but also to ensure all of our staff have the best facilities and area’s so they can completely switch off from the office and work environment at break times’.

The Management team at Roc Search have conducted focus groups for staff to determine what is important to employees and how they can meet their needs.
