Announcing its annual results, Groupe Crit reported turnover for 2012 of &euro1,490 million – with International sales up 53.4%.

Despite a challenging environment in Europe, Groupe CRIT 2012 appears on a turnover of
&euro1490M, a limited decline of 1.5% (-6.3% at constant scope). This resilience has received
strong growth in the Group's International on its two core businesses (work
temporary and multi) with a turnover of &euro234.4 million, up 53.4% ??over
(5.7% At constant scope). The International now focuses almost 16% of sales.
In the fourth quarter, weak demand continued to weigh on the total activity with a
turnover of nearly 365.8 million against &euro391.6M  in the fourth quarter of 2011. Over the period, the International revenues grew 12.2% to &euro63.6 million.

Temporary employment and recruitment Resistance in France Up 59.4% at the International
On the pole and temporary recruitment revenues in fiscal 2012 amounted to
&euro1,238.4 million limited decline of -2.9%. Internationally, sales amounted to &euro199.1 million in
increase of nearly 60%. This strong growth was driven by the contribution of activities in North America. With a turnover tripled to &euro112.2 million. This performance reflects the
merits of the group's growth strategy in the United States and the successful integration of
four acquisitions in this area over the last eighteen months.
In France, revenue amounted to &euro1,039.3 million, down 9.7% (with the fourth quarter
turnover of &euro250 million against &euro281.7 million in the same period of 2011). Despite the environment
difficult market conditions, the Group has maintained throughout the year to defend price discipline
margins.
