SWG Elite launch Rare.

Manchester based specialist PA recruiter SWG Elite have launched Rare., a new division dealing exclusively with high profile clients in the north west.

Managing Director Kaye Sharman said: “2012 brought more and more requests to handle highly confidential one-to-one roles, for some of the most prominent names in business in the north west.  Of course, the launch of Salford’s Media City has given rise to an increased need for outstanding  Executive Support, with many of the high profile movers & shakers in the media industry re-locating to the area.  We made the decision to open Rare., a division dedicated exclusively to handling specialised top level appointments, to meet the demand for exceptional Personal, Business and Executive Assistants of the very highest calibre.  This, we feel, will confirm our place as the experts in recruitment of the very best executive support in the north west.”

“The recruitment industry has taken a bashing over the last 2 – 3 years, with a lot of the independents closing their doors.  Economic uncertainty has mainly been to blame, but with the increase in do-it-yourself websites springing up, a lot of clients are choosing to handle the recruitment process themselves, as they can mistakenly see this as a cost-effective option.  That may be fine for recruiting at a lower level, but they soon find that to appoint a candidate at the most senior level takes a lot of hard work and expertise.  That’s where we come in. We are there to deal with the headaches and make sure the process runs smoothly for them from beginning to end.”

“It’s an exciting time for us, and the launch of Rare. will see us strengthen our lead as the top specialist consultancy in the area.”

Kaye Sharman, who has over 13 years experience in senior PA recruitment, will head up the newly launched Rare., whilst the highly successful SWG Elite Corporate Division will be managed by business partner Sue Williams.
