Two Top Executives Appointed to Spearhead Growth in North America

Specialist recruiter, the Transline Resource Group, has strengthened the top management team at its Canadian subsidiary company, with the appointment of Karin French and Maryanne Goodwin.

Both highly experienced recruitment specialists, Karin has joined as Vice President – North American Operations, whilst Maryanne takes on the role of National Sales Manager.

Karin will be responsible for driving expansion and growth of the business from its Toronto headquarters, supporting and consulting with a wide variety of clients in several key industry sectors, to advise on workforce solutions and talent supply initiatives.

An accomplished business coach, mentor, industry speaker and commentator in the professional services sector, Karin joins Transline Resource (Canada) Inc. after over 30 years of operating at Executive Board level with some of North America’s leading recruitment organisations.

Her previous role was as Vice President and General Manager of Kelly Services (Canada) where she delivered strong operational and financial results for the Canadian subsidiary of this global Fortune 500 company. Prior to Kelly, Karin held progressive positions with Olsten Corporation (since acquired by Adecco), leading operations in both the US and Canada.

Maryanne Goodwin also brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new national sales position.

A multi award winning sales and operational executive, Maryanne has spent 14 years in wide ranging management roles within the professional recruitment sector and joins the Transline Resource Group from the Spherion Corporation, where she was National Strategic Account Manager.

Both new executives are now in post and have been working alongside colleagues in both Canada and the UK to formulate a comprehensive business strategy to take the company forward.
