Southampton-based IT Services and Recruitment provider aap³ is continuing its successful business growth by launching 24/7 client support thanks to a second set of new offices in the US.
The grand opening in Raleigh, North Carolina, on April 9th will designate it as the new US headquarters. It also provides an east coast sister office to aap³’s already established branch on the West Coast in San Jose, California.
The investment is another major advance for the company, which sponsors English Premiership team Southampton FC and was recently named in & lsquo;Recruitment International’ magazine’s Top 100 list of leading recruiters for 2013.
The move is not just the addition of a new HQ, however – crucially, a presence in the North American Eastern Time Zone is also the springboard for aap³ to deliver a 24/7 service giving round-the-clock professional assistance to customers around the globe.
The new Network Operating Centre will “follow the sun” and enable aap³ operatives to answer calls at any time of the day giving cost-effective support for its clients world-wide, such as IBM, Cisco, Coca Cola, HSBC, AT&T and Virgin Atlantic.
aap³ currently operates in over 30 countries across Europe, the US and the Middle East. By building its presence across the Atlantic in a growing market the company will be able to target the eastern seaboard and deliver its services even more widely.
The new office is at the Research Triangle Park in Raleigh. It is a hub of innovation where aap³ will rub shoulders with prominent Fortune 100 multi-national operations as well as a range of IT, research and development, finance, and clean technology companies.
The new offices will have a floorspace of 3,300 square feet and are set to create up to 30 jobs, with the potential of more to come.
