“We’re providing an easy, low cost way for employers to recruit. We believe 90 per cent of all businesses should recruit online via a model like ours. The employers get their jobs filled quickly at a price they don’t begrudge paying, and recruitment agencies generate fees they wouldn’t ordinarily have had.

“The days of employers relying on just one or two recruitment agencies to fill a role are long gone. They now have easy access to hundreds of agencies, which means they are more likely to fill the position with the best candidate in the market. They won’t receive a tide of cold calls from agencies either, because the agencies don’t know who the client is until they have been engaged. We then account manage that relationship, providing a single point of contact for both parties.”

Sara Jones, co-founder, added:

“We’re disrupting a &pound25bn industry that is crying out for a shake-up. Other industries have changed beyond recognition thanks to the web, but the recruitment industry in the UK has been relatively slow to adapt.  We’ve proved that what we do works and smart employers and recruitment agencies are taking advantage of our solution, which is free for both to use.”
