Kelly Services Announces Strategic New Hires

Kelly Services has announced that it has appointed two new recruitment experts into strategic business development roles and created a new account management role in order to strengthen key client relationships.

Together the new recruits bring a wealth of expertise and will assist Kelly promote total talent solutions – from staffing and managed services for major corporate, to managing existing client relationships via a deep-rooted partnership approach.

Laura Van Zyl has been appointed to the UK Executive Leadership Team as National Sales Director, joining Kelly from Impellam Group where she held the role of Public Services Director UK for over two years. In her new position, Laura will build the sales team and implement a robust sales strategy that supports Kelly’s vision to become the leading provider of workforce solutions and complements the wider EMEA, APAC and US business.

Ian Hetherington joins as a highly commercially aware Sales and Business Development Manager.  Specialising for the last three years in the aerospace and automotive recruitment world, he will engage with existing clients in Kelly’s renowned professional and technical division to offer managed services, as well as targeting new business opportunities.

Simon Atherton has worked for Kelly Services for over ten years, having previously held the role of District Manager. His newly created role of National Key Account Manager will see him become responsible for strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure a strong business pipeline into the future.

Paul Habgood has also joined Kelly’s outsourcing and consulting group, Kelly OCG, as Sales Consultant Director having previously worked for Hyphen and Hays. Paul’s remit is to develop a strong pipeline of opportunities into long term profitable workforce solutions contracts.
