Ochre House extends RPO partnership with Telef&oacutenica UK  

Ochre House has announced the extension of its contract with Telef&oacutenica UK for talent management and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).

The new contract will see the RPO specialists working at managerial and specialist level to continue their strategic approach to talent management. Changes to the contract include a re-structure of the on-site Ochre House team, creation of a strategic resourcing team to focus on business critical roles and strategic engagement at board and senior level to ensure talent pooling is aligned to business needs.

Having worked with Telef&oacutenica UK over the last four years, Ochre House successfully went through a full tender process against stiff competition which led to the contract being extended for a further three years.

In order to introduce additional cost savings and reduce the amount of time required of the Telef&oacutenica team, Ochre House has also started to own the preferred supplier list (PSL) process, allowing the team to negotiate rates directly with suppliers.

“Having already worked closely with the company as a strategic partner, it’s fantastic to be able to take the Telef&oacutenica team to the next level of RPO”, said Sue Brooks, Ochre House’s managing director.  “We have also recently started working with Telef&oacutenica  Digital, another branch of the company, so the team will be better placed to join up the talent attraction and retention activity across the brand.”
