Penna makes The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies for the fifth time

?This year marks the fifth time that Penna Plc has entered and been placed in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For. Penna has been placed 36th (up from 47th in 2012) and has been ranked & lsquo;Outstanding’ on the Best Companies Index.

Penna is a global HR services group and as a business that prides itself on improving the performance of organisations through their people, this placing is testament to the way the company lives its behaviours.

Gary Browning, Chief Executive, said “We are delighted that the great commitment and passion of our people has been recognised for the fifth time. Workplace engagement is something we talk to our clients about on a daily basis, so to be included, and ranked 36th in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For, demonstrates that we practice what we preach.”

Each year Best Companies and The Sunday Times celebrate the best small, mid-size and big workplaces in the UK. Employees from participating organisations are surveyed based on a rigorous methodology. This enables Best Companies to compile lists of the 100 top companies in each size category which The Sunday Times publish. Every year the prestige of this list builds, making this the competition that every organisation wants to be involved in.
