2B Interface launches franchise scheme to drive nationwide expansion

Proven business model and expert team within the specialist employment and management sector aims to meet growing demand

One of the UK’s leading temporary and permanent staffing solutions agencies has launched a nationwide franchise scheme. 2B Interface, established in 2005, provides companies with cost-effective temporary and permanent staff and rapidly established itself as one of the leading providers in the market.

With a clear focus on delivering a quick service to meet the demand for flexible labour, its core proposition is to remove the concerns of prospective employers who require good, skilled workers, but needed to be able to tap into a labour resource that was both organised, and complied with all legal obligations and employment framework. 

Beatrice Bartlay, Managing Director, 2B Interface, stated: “To meet the growing demand for our services, we are planning a rapid nationwide franchisee expansion to take advantage of our strong market position and opportunities available in the recruitment market. We offer franchisees a successful proven business model with a healthy revenue option right from the outset boosting early cash flow.

“It has taken me a good two years to get it ready, based on my 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry, business plans, sales, budget and financial forecast and on real figures from our accounts,” she added.

The Franchisee will get an exclusive territory, full training and support and will be connected to 2B Interface’s customer relationship management (CRM) and its bespoke IT and management systems. An initial, intensive three-day training programme will take place at the company’s Bedford office.

In addition, 2B Interface will assist with all elements of corporate and brand identity, Operational Procedures, HR, Sales, Business Plan development, selection and refurbishment of offices as well as help in identifying potential customers and even competitor analysis.

Territories have been devised on very precise factors such as number of potential clients, their size, turnover, targets, postcodes, radius from the office, and other factors.

Beatrice continued: “All activities will be supported by national offline and online media coverage to build brand profile and drive business to 2B Interface, and to encourage interest in the franchise model from potential franchisees.”

The initial investment is a one off franchise fee for exclusive rights to a territory and this stands at &pound35,000, as well as a one-off &pound10,000 initial package fee. It is also expected that franchisees will need a minimum of &pound5,000 of working capital.
