Carphone Warehouse Extends InterQuest Group Relationship

CPW, Europe’s largest independent telecommunications retailer has signed a contract extension with the InterQuest Group.

InterQuest, a leading provider of specialist IT and analytics skills, has secured a three year extension of its contract to provide contingent workforce solutions to Carphone Warehouse (CPW).  

InterQuest has been working with Carphone Warehouse since May 2010 delivering a Managed Service for the recruitment and management of all Contract, Interim and Temporary workers across the business. The contract extension is a result of the exceptional results and strong levels of service delivered over the length of the previous contract. During this time, InterQuest worked closely with CPW to identify and address the challenges the business faced in managing the demands of the business required from its contingent workforce. By deploying a model incorporating both the Solutions and Specialist practices within the Group, InterQuest was able to provide a single point of contact from the point of requisition through to invoicing with the added benefit of being able to find those difficult and hard to reach skills that most organisations struggle to connect with. This has helped improve efficiencies and deliver a higher quality of service for both the hiring managers and the candidates.  

Evidencing the strong relationship with CPW, in 2012 InterQuest was the first supplier to score & lsquo;green’ across all eleven areas of the CPW Supplier Performance Scorecard and subsequently invited to join their “Design Forum” to support their business in the on-going relationships with key suppliers.

The onsite and offsite team are fully integrated in to our business and at times seem like an extension of our own resourcing team”.
